1. 91APP Maintains Growth Momentum with OMO, Digital Advertising, and New Retail and F&B Clients
91APP stated that August performance continued to benefit from strong summer consumption and seasonal promotional campaigns, with brand clients maintaining solid momentum in OMO operations. Growth in the company's digital advertising business, together with the continued onboarding of leading retail and F&B chain brands, further expanded its operating scale and contributed meaningful revenue growth. Both monthly and year-to-date revenue maintained double-digit year-on-year growth.
Looking ahead, as the retail peak season approaches with department store anniversary sales, Double 11, Double 12, and year-end campaigns, 91APP will continue helping brand clients leverage OMO strategies to capture seasonal demand and drive business growth.
At the same time, 91APP has upgraded into an Agentic Enterprise Solution company, bringing AI agents into core operational scenarios across Commerce, Marketing, POS, and Payments. By expanding the practical application of AI across OMO operations, together with managed services and professional consulting, 91APP helps brands improve operational efficiency, strengthen organizational capabilities, and accelerate the realization of OMO 2.0.
2. 91APP Forms Key Q3 Strategic Partnership with LINE Shopping to Launch the LINE Shopping SMB Points Solution
In the third quarter, 91APP also announced a strategic partnership with LINE Shopping to become the first solution company in the market to introduce the LINE Shopping SMB Points Solution. According to the 91APP Retail Research, many brands are facing the challenge of generating traffic but struggling to retain new customers. During the first half of 2026, overall traffic increased, while repeat-purchase sales grew 5%. However, first-purchase sales declined and new customer activation decreased by 14%, highlighting the growing importance of converting traffic into long-term customer value.
Through the strategic alliance with LINE Shopping, brands using 91APP's services will be able to integrate the LINE Shopping SMB Points Solution into their branded shopping apps and official websites, enabling consumers to earn LINE POINTS during purchases. By connecting traffic acquisition, purchase conversion, and membership engagement, the solution helps brands strengthen new customer conversion, turn traffic into owned membership assets, and build long-term customer value.
Combined with the branded App × LINE operating model and AI agents, the solution further accelerates the positive growth cycle of OMO 2.0. 91APP and LINE Shopping will continue to deepen their collaboration by integrating their respective strengths in traffic, technology, and omnichannel operations, creating new opportunities for brands to drive OMO 2.0 growth.
